A change of use of Saint Patrick's Boys National School to a Childcare Facility. It is intended to make internal alterations to the building and carry out all necessary ancillary works including car park

(a) provide a pitched roof over a section of the Parochial house, which at the present is covered by a flat roof, and erect an extension to rear of the house; (b) retain revised vehicular entrance including the construction of stone wing walls and pier, and carry out all associated works

Open storage area, with permission for change of use of the area to entrance area, 4 shower rooms with toilets, store, on shore boat foul waste disposal toilet, bin store and with permission to complete wall construction, roof, and all associated works, with connection to existing town sewer and services and all ancillary works

1) Change of use of former convent building, chapel and outbuildings to a) aparthotel use providing 12 no. rooms on first and second floor and b) cafe, restaurant and reception use on the ground floor. 2) To construct new lift and single-storey kitchen extension to the rear of the building. 3) To construct glass porch and covered outdoor seating area adjacent to proposed café to South elevation. 4) To construct link corridor connecting the convent building to existing outbuildings. 5) Provision of on-site car parking, connection to all public services and all ancillary site works.
