Carry our elevational changes to the front, rear and side elevation of the existing dwelling. Full retention permission to retain the domestic basement/garage and the amended location of the Waste Water Treatment System as granted under planning ref 03/59, and all ancillary works

Demolish existing single storey dwelling house, domestic storage areas and erect replacement single storey dwelling house on the same footprint. To upgrade existing effluent treatment unit and percolation area. To upgrade existing pedestrian access to provide vehicular access including all ancillary works necessary to complete the development

(1) Refurbishment and redesign of existing dwelling, (2) conversion of existing attic to living accommodation, including works to roof, (3) New windows at attic floor and reconfiguration of existing fenestration at ground floor and (4) new front porch, together with all associated site development works.

Amendments to that already permitted in P.25/60132 comprising of 1) the proposed extinguishing of an existing agricultural entrance onto the R208 & construction of a replacement vehicular entrance to the East; & 2) associated site works & services.

1) the proposed reinstatement of use of an existing derelict structure to use as a dwelling along with all associated restoration works to the interior & exterior of the existing structure; 2) the proposed construction of new single storey extensions to the West & North of the existing structure; 3) the proposed construction of a new vehicular entrance to the South East; 4) the proposed demolition of the remains of the existing outhouse structure to the West; 5) the proposed construction of a new wastewater treatment system; and 6) associated site works & services.

Construct domestic garage including all ancillary site works necessary to complete the development.
