Site planning risk brief

Construct two, two storey, apartment blocks. Block 1 will consist of 4 one-bedroom apartments, stairwell and lift shaft. Block 2 will consist of 3 one-bedroom apartments, a communal/office staff area, bin bay, cycle shelter, parking and all associated site works

Retain first floor and ground floor extension to rear of existing dwelling house and all associated site works

Erect (1) temporary portocabin type building, (2) temporary new post and rail mesh type front fence, (3) temporary parking area

Construct an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, thereafter retention permission is sought for A) domestic shed, B) office/study, along with all ancillary site services and associated site works

Construct a proposed single storey temporary school structure which includes 2 no. 80 sq m general classrooms, external access works and associated ancillary site works

A). demolish existing two storey dwelling. b). reconfigure and increase existing car-parking on site and incorporate coach parking bays, c). develop pedestrian lighting in carpark and along footpaths, d). replace existing carpark entrance with dual entrances, e). improve footpaths and landscaping, f). change existing fencing and boundary treatments and all ancillary site and other works
