Planning Permission to (1) extend the existing waste facility for the importation of inert waste materials comprising soil and stone (LoW 17 05 04 & LoW 20 02 02), concrete (LoW 17 01 01), bricks (LoW 17 01 02), tiles and ceramics (LoW 17 01 03), and mixtures of concrete, bricks, tiles and ceramics (LoW 17 01 07) for the purpose of filling and raising land to improve it for agricultural use; (2) use the existing site access and extending the site access roads; and (3) associated site works, at Clogherclemin, Tralee, Co. Kerry. The proposed development will require a waste facility permit from Kerry County Council to authorise the waste recovery activity. A Natura Impact Statement is included with this planning application. This is a 10-year application.
