Construction of a single storey restaurant/kiosk area (GFA c. 255sq.m) containing 2 no. food and beverage operator kiosk, a zone for a mobile food and beverage operator (c. 4 sq.m), food hall style covered seating area with a projecting pergola style roof, 2 no. public toilets (including 1 no. disabled access toilet), staff changing area, plant room, hard and soft landscaping, and all other associated site works and services above and below gound on an overall site area of c. 570sq.m

Amendment to the permission granted by Wicklow County Council under WCC Reg Ref. 22/1266, and amended by WCC Reg Ref. 24/60502, to extend the permitted opening hours of the kiosk units from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday to 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday. No other amendments are proposed to the permitted development

Install 6 no. 2.5m high antenna, 4 no. transmission dishes on supporting poles including remote radio units (RRUs), gantry platform together with associated equipment cabinets, cabling and associated site works at the rear roof level of Meridian Point. The telecommunications installation will form part of Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited broadband communications network

Amendments to the permission granted by Wicklow County Council under WCC Reg Ref. 22/1266 as follows: Removal of the 2 no. permitted toilet facilities to be replaced with staff changing facilities. Rearrangement of the permitted plant room area, 2 no. plant rooms are now provided. Changes to signage provided as follows: rearrangement of 2 no. tenant signs provided for the kiosk units and 1 no. cut out illuminated sign on the roof of the pergola and provision of 1 no. digital totem sign and 6 no. digital screens. The provided covered seating area is now enclosed by glass screens. The roof plan has been extended to cover the kiosk counter areas. Kiosks and pergolas provided within the site have been relocated to avoid existing underground services which require access to be maintained. Trees have been relocated within the site boundary. Planters have been removed to accommodate the proposed glass screens enclosing the seating areas, and benches have been added along the western façade of the kiosks. The western façade of the kiosk units has undergone changes to facilitate the revised internal design of the kiosk units and all associated hard and soft landscaping, site works and services above and below ground on a site area of c. 570 sq.m to facilitate the proposed amendments

Change of use of Unit No 4 from retail to medical use and the amalgamation of Unit 4 & 4a to create a new medical unit (dentist) of approximately 180m2. Amendments to internal layouts and external elevations are also sought by way of this application.
