Modification to a previously granted development (Ref: 19/1285): Erection of 41 No. new (up to) 6m high lighting columns around car parking area. Minor modification to existing raised median along Green Lane (off the R449) at the site entrance and minor modifications to the site entrance. Replacement of the existing entrance gate with a new sliding gate and pedestrian gate and all associated site development works at St. Mary's GAA Grounds, Green Lane. The modification will incorporate the use of a part of the site as a park and ride car park facility

A two storey creche with 5 no. childcare rooms providing a total capacity of 81 no. childcare places with a total floor area of 352 sq.m together with ancillary kitchen, staff facilities, managers office, storage and circulation areas, an external play area, car parking, boundary treatments, landscaping, connections to services and all ancillary site works. The proposed development replaces the creche previously permitted on his site which was granted permission under PL 09.247909 (KCC reg. ref. 16/282). Permission is also sought for the amendment of condition no. 10 of PL 09.247909 (KCC reg. ref. 16/282) to allow the proposed creche be completed and ready for occupation prior to the completion of 155 no. residential units.
