Extension of Duration - (1) To construct a new front entrance porch to the existing nursing home and internal changes to create a new reception area, hair salon and nurses station. (2) To provide en-suites to all existing bedrooms. (3) To construct a new rear extension to the existing nursing home containing 18 single ensuite bedrooms, treatment room, sitting room, prayer room and staff changing room. (4) To construct a new rear extension to the existing kitchen. (5) To demolish the existing flat roof garage to the rear of the nursing home. (6) To provide a new garage. (7) To reconstruct the roadside entrance to allow sightlines in both directions; and (8) All ancillary siteworks

Of alterations to existing nursing home building consisting of: (i) Construction of single storey sunroom type extension to front of building; (ii) Construction of single storey extension to rear of building consisting of laundry room and, (iii) Extension to side of existing building and all ancillary site works

To construct farm building to include milking parlour, dairy, holding area, external slatted tank, meal silo and all associated site works. It is also proposed to block existing entrance granted under planning ref. 10/100 and relocate a double entrance to the north of the site to allow improved sightlines on to public road
