For the erection of a mobile coffee and food snack container in the grounds of Athy GAA Club, along with connections to mains water and electricity from Athy GAA Club House and all associated site works

The part demolition, alterations and refurbishment of an existing single storey dwelling (Grove House); the demolition of existing single storey workshop building and yard; the closure of three existing vehicular entrances and the provision of one new vehicular entrance and access road and a pedestrian entrance; the construction of two No. two-bedroom ground/first floor duplex apartments and two No. two-bedroom first/second floor duplex apartments in a three storey block, four No. four-bedroom semi-detached three storey houses, two No. three-bedroom semi-detached two storey houses and one No. four-bedroom detached two-storey house; the provision of public open space, landscaping, including boundary treatments; and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground. The removal of an existing 18.6m floodlight pole (floodlight on top of pole) and replacement with a new 18.6m multi-user free standing pole (floodlights on top of pole) carrying floodlights, telecommunications equipment together with associated exchange cabinets, fencing and all associated site development works for 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G data and wireless broadband services

For placement of a pay-to-use portable waste compactor for residual waste and food waste and a pay-to-use portable waste compactor for dry recyclables

(a) retention of 6 no. floodlights as permitted by planning register ref. 06/300056; (b) retention of 3 no. 1.5m high telecommunications antenna at 18.0m above ground level on 1 no. existing floodlighting column; (c) installation of 1 no. new replacement 21.5m high floodlighting column and reinstallation of floodlighting at existing height of 21.5m and 20.7m above ground level; (d) installation of 3 no. 2.0m high telecommunications antenna at 19.0m above ground level on replacement floodlighting column; (e) installation of 1 no. 0.6m diameter telecommunications dish at 16.3m above ground level on replacement floodlighting column; (f) new associated telecommunications cabinet at ground level

(i) Change of use from retail use to retail use with ancillary off-licence use, (ii) Associated alteration of existing retail unit, and (iii) All associated site and development works
