Erect a four bay slatted shed to include underground tank, creep area and feeding passage, and all associated works

(1). construct a single storey domestic extension to the rear of the existing domestic dwelling.(2.) To construct a new porch on the front elevation of the existing dwelling. 3. To construct a domestic garage and all ancillary works.

(a) demolition of partially constructed two storey type dwelling house; (b) decommissioning of existing septic tank with soak-pit servicing existing partially constructed two storey type dwelling house; (c) proposed construction of a two storey type dwelling house, detached garage, entrance, boundary fence/wall, suitable wastewater treatment system with polishing filter and all ancillary works

(1). retain a single storey domestic extension to the rear of the existing domestic dwelling on site. (2). To retain the existing domestic garage on site. (3). To retain elevational changes to the dwelling which was granted under parent planning ref 12643. and all ancillary works.
