To construct 2 no. of two storey, 3 bedroom, semi-detached dwelling houses on the site of previously approved development, (Planning Ref. No. 10/217) with connection to public water, sewage and surface water systems, new vehicular entrance/access from dwellings onto an existing roadway, boundary treatments and all associated site works

Conversion of existing shop, residence and sub-division to 2 no. dwellings, 2 no. two-storey extensions to rear, 1 no. over basement, incorporating two-storey out-building as ancillary space, with alterations to elevations and site development works- SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

To erect 10 no. semi detached bungalows (with provision for attic accommodation). Connect to mains services including water, storm and sewage, construct new access for existing pumping station and all associated site works

To retain and complete revised elevations, garden & floor levels to two storey over basement rear extension to existing two storey over basement townhouse, removal of rear shed, additional basement accommodation and external steps to ground floor to the previously approved application no. 17/63 and all associated site works

To construct a two-storey building containing 4 No. Apartments, use of existing site entrance, connect to public sewer and water main and all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
