Site planning risk brief

Alter and extend existing dwelling consisting of fully serviced single storey and two-storey extension to rear and side of existing dwelling, erect detached domestic garage, form new entrance walls and piers, upgrade existing sewerage treatment facilities and all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To form new entrance, walls and piers, form access road to connect to existing access servicing an existing dwelling and all associated works

To alter floor plans and elevations of previously approved dwelling, complete partially constructed dwelling, connections to all services and all associated works

To change house plans & elevations of previously approved and partially constructed 2 storey dwelling to Bungalow Type Dwelling and all associated works at (Previous Planning Reg 23/3 applies)

To retain the change of use of existing first floor from residential to a commercial creche along with internal alterations, and also PERMISSION consisting of: (1) modification of the front elevation of the building to include replacement of an existing front window at ground level, with external door; (2) all ancillary site development works

To erect 2 no. 4-bed detached two storey dwellings, one on existing foundations of previously approved planning reference 01/1850, revised site layouts, connection to existing services, landscaping and all associated & ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
