Site planning risk brief

(a) demolish existing non habitable dwelling house and outbuilding, (b) construct bungalow type dwelling home, domestic garage, mechanical effluent treatment unit and percolation area, (c) Upgrade existing site entrance to include provision of new front boundary wall and access road including all ancillary works necessary to complete the development

Development consisting of construction of a new private dormer type domestic dwelling, private domestic garage to rear, effluent treatment unit and percolation area to EN 125663 & SR.66, new entrance gate piers, front wall and driveway and associated site works

(1). To construct a ground floor extension to the South West elevation of the existing dwelling. (2). To construct an additional first floor domestic extension to the existing dwelling and carry out all elevation changes to the existing dwelling. (3). To upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system to the current EPA code of practice and all ancillary works.

To construct agricultural storage shed to provide dry bedding area, feeding area, concrete apron, including all ancillary site works necessary to complete the development.

Consist of installation of new floating breakwater 40m in length secured into place with anchor blocks and chains. An Ecological Impact Assessment and an Appropriate Assessment Screening have been completed and are submitted and available for inspection with the planning application

1. To construct roof over existing open yard area to provide manure pit and sheep shed to the North Eastern side of existing sheds, connect to existing underground agricultural storage tank. 2. To construct roof over existing open yard area to provide dry bedding area and feeding area to the South Western side of existing sheds, connect to existing underground agricultural storage tank, including all ancillary site works necessary to complete the development.
