To construct 1no. Dairy/ Parlour and silage pit (in lieu of those previously approved under planning ref: 19/106 but not yet constructed) together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

To demolish part of 1 no. existing livestock shed, and, to construct 1 no. part-slatted livestock house with underground manure storage, and cubicles (in lieu of that approved under planning ref. 18/224), 1 no. Dairy/Parlour and associated collecting yard, and, silage pit(s) together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

To construct new relocated entrance walls and piers, and RETENTION of orientation of existing dwelling constructed under previous Planning Ref: 00/56. Works to include new driveway and all associated site development works
