Site planning risk brief

For a development which will consist of the following (a) 16. No. dwelling houses in total consisting of 2. No. detached two storey dwelling houses and 14. No. semi-detached two storey dwelling houses (b) all ancillary site development works and connections to public services

For dwelling house not constructed in accordance with Planning Permission Reference 00-1949. The alteration consists of a)Additional floor space at ground and first floor level to the rear of the dwelling; b) The provision of an additional window to the front of the dwelling; c) The addition of a window to the side of the dwelling at first floor; d) The omission of a window on the side elevation at ground floor level; e) The omission of a chimney

To alter and extend the existing dwelling house. The works involve the following: a) to construct new single storey rear and front extensions b) to alter the front and side elevations c) to alter the internal floor layout along with associated site works

To construct a detached garage, with all associated site works

To construct single dwelling house with garage, shared entrance with existing house, all associated siteworks and connections to services

To change condition no. 2 of planning permission P03-431 to allow for the private ownership and permanent occupancy of dwelling house
