Site planning risk brief

Development will consist of, a) a new 1,419.70 m², two storey primary school building on a greenfield site, comprising of 5 classrooms, a GP Hall, a 1 classroom special education needs base, support teaching spaces, a staff room, and all ancillary accommodation, b) all external facilities including new pedestrian and vehicle entrances, access road with set-down areas, new pedestrian crossing on Creamery Road, car park, hard and soft play areas, cycle storage, bin storage compound, service compound, electricity substation, landscaping, site signage and all boundary treatments, and, c), all associated site surface water and foul drainage, and site services, including public lighting.

Of dwelling as constructed including alterations to dwelling granted planning approval under P.2116 (granted 02/10/1972). Also, Retention of detached garage to dwelling house. Alterations to be retained: (a) dwelling was constructed as mirror image and rotated 90 degrees from original plans that were granted approval in 1972. (b) attached sunroom constructed to North-West elevation of dwelling to be retained. (c) detached garage constructed to North-West of main dwelling house to be retained

Planning Permission to erect a 5m tall Digital Totem Sign and carry out all ancillary site works to facilitate this development.

FOR REINSTATEMENT AND COMPLETION WORKS TO EXISTING DWELLING HOUSE. PLANNING PERMISSION IS ALSO SOUGHT FOR A REAR EXTENSION TO SAME. THE BUILDING IS INCLUDED IN THE RECORD OF PROTECTED STRUCTURES AS R.P.S NO 44 AND PROTECTED STRUCTURE REFERENCE NUMBER 30805002 REFERS.
