(1) the removal of existing commentary box and glazed screen and the construction of an external viewing balcony (floor area 74.6m2) with glazed screen and retractable awning on the East elevation, (2) the plastering and painting of an existing brick panel on the west elevation, (3) signage on the West and South elevations. The construction of 228 sq. metre extension to the UL Sports arena. The development will provide for a new dedicated climbing wall facility. The apex of the building is 21.01 metres high above finished floor level (36.5m ASL).
