Extension of Permission to the Planning File Ref. No. 12/628: the change of use of existing St. Andrew's Church of Ireland (now disused), from former ecclesiastical to a small community performance building; the conservation and refurbishment of the original structure; the insertion of demountable timber partitions to create one no. meeting room, a kitchen, toilets in the rear side aisle, as well as the adaption of the former vestry to the rear for use as a back stage area and a small servery to the west end of the nave. Permission is also sought to connect to the town sewer pipes and water mains located directly outside the main entrance gates

A two storey plus attic dwelling house extension, develop existing undeveloped attic to storage area, extend existing domestic store and replace existing site entrance, driveway and all associated site works

A change of dwelling extension design to that granted in planning file 24-415 consisting of extensions to the rear & side of the existing dwelling and for permission for the repositioning of the permitted entrance

Amendments to previously approved grant of permission no. 14/297 and extended under application no. 19/7006 for a change of use of the ground floor level only from commercial to a self contained residential unit, including separate access at the gable end and the provision of an additional bedroom extension to rear. All other layouts at upper floor levels will remain as per the previous grants of permission. Both buildings to the main street are Protected Structures (Reg. Ref. No. KFN-33 & KFN-34)

Extension of Permission for Planning Ref. No. 14/297: reinstatement of the original bakery shop to the Square, the provision of a small tea room immediately adjoining the bakery, minor improvements to the upper floor levels (to remain as residential) and the incorporation of the vacant site to the west of the gable end to provide vehicular access with a secure entrance gate. Permission is also sought to refurbish the old bakery building to the rear of the site, including the provision of an extension to this single storey building. Both buildings to the Main Street are Protected Structures (Reg. Ref. No. KFN-33 & KFN-34)
