This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) will be submitted with this planning application. Significant further information relates to a revised EIAR and additional technical information. The location of the existing entrance and an ancillary plant room are now to be retained.

Permission to erect a 850 kW wind turbine located in the northern area of our existing plant, with a hub height of 65 metres and a blade radius of 26 metres, together with underground ducting connecting to the existing ESB substation and all associated site works. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413).
