Kilkenny on foot of the grant of Planning Ref. 20/112 (ABP Ref: ABP-309626-21) for a mixed-use development on the balance of the site. The development will consist of the construction of 35 No. residential units including 6 No. one-bedroom apartments, 5 No. two-bedroom apartments, 21 No. three-bedroom duplex apartments and 3 No. two-storey terraced houses. Public open space is provided as permitted under Planning Ref. 20/112 (ABP Ref: ABP-309626-21) as is vehicular access onto High Street and the Ballinakill Road. A further pedestrian & bicycle access will be provided as part of this application from Love Lane.
