Extension of Permission for Planning File Ref. No. 13/571: (a) the demolition of existing fire damaged house and outbuildings, (b) construction of a new two storey/part single storey priest's residence with detached garage/store, (c) modification and relocation of existing entrance, replacement of boundary wall, connection to public sewer and all public utility services and all associated site works

A new footbridge over river with edge protection & connecting paved link between the church grounds & the town park lands & all associated site works (The proposed works are in the Curtilage of a protected structure)

A variation in the use of a existing nursing home which contains two existing dwelling units at the rear and a partially demolished building to the front. Permission is being sought for the demolition of one of the two existing buildings to the rear to allow access and sunlight into the proposed developments. The second building to the rear will be converted into 2nr apartments. Permission is also being sought for the reconstruction of the front building into a proposed Guesthouse. The demolished front building will be constructed to reconstitute the street façade and provision of access way to allow access to rear car park and to allow access to emergency services(Fire Services)
