Site planning risk brief

For development which will consist of construction of 2 storey extension to the south side of existing building, partial roof structure to be raised to accommodate the extension. All to include a board room, 10 new bedrooms, alterations to internal layouts and all associated site works

To 1. RETAIN retractable roof and frame to the existing Out-door Smoking Area. 2. RETAIN alterations to the floor area of the Out-door Smoking Area and all associated elevational treatment, previously granted under Planning Reference Number P17-73. All works located to the north west side of The Shannon Springs Hotel.

For development which will consist of change of use of Off Licence and Betting Office to additional bar space for existing bar, including alterations to internal layouts and all associated site works

To 1) reconfiguration of second floor layout from granted planning ref 19/844 to create 1 no additional bedroom. 2) construct new dormer window to South - West evaluation and all associated site works

To construct a single storey foyer extension to the south side of the existing building, including all associated site works at Shannon Springs Hotel

To: 1) Construct a first and second floor extension above granted foyer area as per planning Ref: 19/440, comprising 5 additional bedrooms, staff room and office, 2) Revisions of the first floor plan layout, as granted in planning Ref: 18/877, and the construction of two additional windows to East elevation and associated site works
