Extension of Permission for Planning Ref. No. 14/297: reinstatement of the original bakery shop to the Square, the provision of a small tea room immediately adjoining the bakery, minor improvements to the upper floor levels (to remain as residential) and the incorporation of the vacant site to the west of the gable end to provide vehicular access with a secure entrance gate. Permission is also sought to refurbish the old bakery building to the rear of the site, including the provision of an extension to this single storey building. Both buildings to the Main Street are Protected Structures (Reg. Ref. No. KFN-33 & KFN-34)

Amendments to previously approved grant of permission no. 14/297 and extended under application no. 19/7006 for a change of use of the ground floor level only from commercial to a self contained residential unit, including separate access at the gable end and the provision of an additional bedroom extension to rear. All other layouts at upper floor levels will remain as per the previous grants of permission. Both buildings to the main street are Protected Structures (Reg. Ref. No. KFN-33 & KFN-34)
