Site planning risk brief

To carry out works consisting of filling a depression on agricultural lands with inert material (top soil and sub soil) and restoring the lands to agricultural use on completion

For the following works: 1) The demolition and removal of existing dilapidated prefabricated buildings on site and the construction of a new replacement building for educational purposes consisting of classrooms, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, and staff areas; 2) The installation of a new static storage firefighting water tank; 3) The construction of a new manure storage pit; 4) The provision of new site drainage works including new attenuation area and all associated ancillary site services; 5) The provision of a temporary construction site entrance from the public road and a new temporary internal construction access roadway; 6) Public road widening works including the construction of a new pedestrian footpath linking the existing public footpath to the Equestrian College site entrance; and 7) all associated demolition, landscaping, and associated ancillary site works

FOR • Construction of a new two storey extension to the eastern side of the existing building which was granted permission under Planning Reference. No. 19/894. • Internal alterations and elevational modifications to the southern end of the existing main school building, including new window openings and the application of an external insulation system. • New car parking area and all associated site & ancillary works. The proposed development is in an area of archaeological potential

For alterations and a minor extension to the rear of the existing school building, demolition of an existing music room building & prefab classroom building, construction of a new single storey building to the side of the existing main building providing 6 No. prefab, replacement classrooms, along with all associated site & development works

For the development of a two storey extension to the rear of existing Primary Healthcare Centre (orginally granted under planning reference 18-107) with all associated site development and ancillary works

For material change of use of 99 sq.m at ground floor level of approved Primary Healthcare Centre (Planning Ref: 18-107) from private medical practice use to retail pharmacy use, with all associated works
