Development at the Public Landing Jetty 27th Lock Lower, the development will consist of the improvement and upgrading of the existing public landing jetty by replacing the damaged and deteriorating walkway with a slip resistant decking material and repairing the canal bank along the length of the jetty to prevent future erosion and undercutting of the bank. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared for the project and submitted with the application.
