A) stable building b) haybarn and agricultural storage building including a holding pen for ponies c) storage container d) outdoor all weather surfaced enclosure no. 1 and associated lighting e) outdoor all weather surfaced enclosure no. 2 and associated viewing shelter/platform and public address system f) elevational alterations to indoor sand based arena g) extension of yard and parking areas and Permission is also sought for the provision of an effluent collection tank to service the stable building

The extension of existing sand arena together with all associated site works

1. construct new front boundary wall with gates and pillars to 2 no. existing site entrances, 2. install new sewerage treatment plant and polishing filter bed, and 3. change of use of existing garage to treatment room

Extension and alterations to dwelling

Removal and replacement of existing entrance to improve sightlines and entrance safety

1) the empty wheelie bin storage area and permission for construction of new canopy to enclose same, 2) the current layout and uses of the storage area for open recyclables bins, empty skips, and empty trailers, 3) the flood lighting and CCTV cameras to the east, west, and north facades of the existing buildings, 4) the current operational processes used at the facility building from those previously authorised, 5) the as-built odour control unit and permission for a revised stack height of 14 m, 6) the as-installed weighbridge container office, 7) the as-built site access, 8) the as-built facility yard, 9) the relocated as-built wash-down area, 10) the as-built lower area to the west of site (including attenuation tank, screening mounds, and existing ground levels & profiles). Planning Permission for the amendment to Condition 13 of current planning permission, and all associated and ancillary works
