Site planning risk brief

For the development as outlined below to an existing building as listed on the NIAH Register (Reference 12005035). The site is adjacent to a building also listed on the NIAH Register (Reference 12005014). The site is located within the St Canice's Architectural Conservation Area. The development will consist of alterations to the previously approved Planning Reference 20/708. These alterations include; - Omission of the first-floor extension to the proposed development, - Elevational alterations associated with the floor plan alterations,- Reduction in the proposed extension floor area from 149 SqM to 90 SqM, and - All associated site development works
