Works carried out at our property comprising of the construction of a covered outdoor dining space, extension to rear of property for storage and staff circulation associated with the kitchen space, storage unit to rear of property, vehicular entrance opening to the South road facing boundary wall and hardcore surface area on site for the purpose of on-site parking and all associated site works

The storage/kitchen area (137 sq.m), the temporary outdoor covered dining area (85 sq.m), temporary dining pods and hard landscaping (112 sq.m) and the existing carpark (410 sq.m) as constructed and associated entrance onto Newtown Manor. Planning Permission is also being sought for (a) the removal of the storage area and temporary structures and the replacement with a permanent extension of 577 sq.m including a restaurant (110.3 sq.m), a kitchen (138.8 sq.m) a function room (191.9 sq.m), an outdoor covered dining area (111 sq.m), toilets and ancillary circulation space; together with associated internal alterations to public house and first floor apartment; (b) upgrade works to the carparking area (including re-surface, line markings, etc.), and erection of a timber boundary fence to the eastern boundary; (c) decommissioning of existing on-site effluent treatment system and replacement with connection to public mains via proposed on- site pumping station; together with all associated works

Construction of 4 no. semi-detached two storey houses together with development works which include entrance onto public road, connection to public services, landscaping, boundary treatment and all other associated site works

Construction of a single-storey dwelling house, entrance, driveway, treatment system, percolation area and all associated site development works

The amendments to Planning Ref 2260702 including the following: additional floor area at first floor level, increased height to storey and a half section of dwelling to rear, alterations to windows on West & South elevations, alterations to dormer roofs on West elevation, additional windows at first floor level on North & East elevations, alterations to canopies on East & North elevations and associated site works

Demolition of garage at side (West) of existing dwelling house, construction of one and a half storey extension to rear (North) of existing dwelling, renovation of existing dwelling house including alterations to existing elevations, construction of new garage, relocation of entrance driveway and associated site works
