Construct a maintenance shed and all associated site works

Demolish existing redundant structures and construction of new (1) inlet works, (2) aeration tanks and clarifiers with flow splitter chamber, air blowers, sludge wasting pumps and sludge return pumps; (3) sludge drying reed beds; (4) Upgrades to mechanical and electrical components of existing tanks; (5) Installation of a GRP kiosk to house electrical control panel; (6) erection of new boundary fencing around the site; and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Assessment (NIS) have been submitted with this application.

Construct an Enterprise & Employment Park to provide 5 no. serviced sites, on a site of 2.95ha at Townparks, Borris-in-Ossory, Co. Laois. The proposed development includes; 1) the provision of vehicular, pedestrian/cycle access onto the existing R445, including the provision of a new arm off the R445 roundabout; 2) an internal road and footpath and cycle lane network; 3) site clearance & infilling of the land up to c101clm; 4) foul & surface water drainage; 5) landscaping & boundary treatment; 6) an ESB Substation; 7) lighting, signage & all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will also be submitted to the planning authority with the planning application.

Develop 5 no. serviced sites for 5 no. detached dwelling houses. The proposed development will also include boundary treatments, lighting, connections to foul, surface water drainage & water services, landscaping and all associated infrastructure works and services on 0.3 Ha

(1) construct a storey and a half extension to rear of the existing dwelling, and a new recessed site entrance & (2) retain existing single storey external utility room and existing single storey garage / store
