For the development consisting of a wind energy development comprising of one electricity generating wind turbine, with an overall blade tip height of up to 168m, construction of c. 150m of permanent access track, 110m of temporary access track, road widening works along the existing local access road from the R327 to the proposed site access track, a crane hardstand, a 20kV substation, site electrical & fibre optic cabling & ancillary site works. The maximum output capacity of the wind farm will be c.4.8MW. This application is seeking a 10 year permission & a 35 year operational life from the date of commissioning of the wind farm. The planning application is accompanied by Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

For a development consisting of: - The extension of the existing storage shed (2371.2sqm); - The provision of new security fencing; - Ground filling to provide for level surfaces; - The provision of a new office/workshop building (413.5sqm); - The relocation of existing roadway and provision of a turning circle; - Provision of 11 no. car parking spaces; - The provision of a new entrance; - The provision of a new/upgraded access road; - The provision of a new settlement pond (225cu m); - The provision of a waste water treatment plant; and - All associated site and development works. For proposed minor alterations to the layout of the junction with the access road and R347 and the retention of a peat storage facility. The application includes the retention of all structures and activities on site associated with the storage facility including; (1) open sided peat storage building, (2)workshop/office/canteen and storage buildings (all demountable structures), (3) palisade perimeter fencing, (4) floodlighting, (5) concrete apron/yard, (6) open bund, (7) portaloo, (8) storage of associated plant, machinery and vehicles and (9) all associated works (gross floor space proposed 382.65sqm). retention 982.65sqm

For an amendment planning application to the previously granted permission under planning reference 19/1315 (ABP-306685-20). The proposed amendments to the previously consented planning application will comprise the following: Reconfiguration and reduction in the overall length of internal access roads, reduction and relocation in the number of transformer stations, reduction and reconfiguration in the number of solar PV modules to optimise layout, provision of a spare parts container, amendments to the consented 38kV on-site substation control building & compound, relocation of consented site access by circa 440 metres at the southern portion of the site, amendments to the consented grid connection for the completion and installation of 180 metres of 38kV underground electricity cables, and ducts through ESB land to the Cloon 110kV substation

For a 10-year permission for development at Cloonascragh, Tuam. The development will consist of the construction and operation of solar PV panels mounted on metal frames on a site extending to approximately 43ha and associated ancillary development including an electrical substation compound, control building (70 m2), up to 9 no. inverter units, underground cable ducts, hardstanding area, boundary security fence, site entrance, access track, landscaping, CCTV and all associated enabling works. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement. Gross floor space of proposed works: 92 sqm

Quarrying operations including the extraction of minerals (sand and gravel) over an area of 6.5ha to a final depth of 34m aod, mineral processing activities, the loading of materials, the transportation of materials from the quarry and all related ancillary works related to the same; the recovery of inert waste arising from construction and demolition (c and d) activity via the importation of inert material and the operation of an inert waste recycling facility; and the recovery of natural materials of clay, silt, sand, gravel or stone and which comes within the meaning of inert waste (resultant from the recycling and mineral processing proposed on-site) for the purposes of achieving a beneficial restoration for the site to agriculture. Planning permission is sought for a period of up to 10 years. The planning application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS). Area of site to which the application relates to 6.500 hectares
