For the extension of the operational lifespan of a solar farm development permitted by Galway County Council under planning ref. 17/1195 from 25 years as permitted (by reason of condition no.3 of permission 17/1195) to 40no. years

For proposed development on 9.68 hectares will include a 4.2MVA solar farm comprising photovoltaic panels on ground mounted frames, 4 no. single storey inverter/transformer stations, 1 no. single storey ESB MV substation, security fencing, CCTV, and all associated ancillary development works. Gross floor space of proposed works 102.46sqm.

For the replacement of a permitted single storey MV electrical substation & separate control room (both previously permitted as part of a solar farm permission by Galway County Council planning ref. 17/1195) with 1no. proposed single storey 20kV substation building at the site of the previously permitted substation & control room. The development also incorporates some minor revisions to the permitted access track adjacent to the substation to accommodate emergency fire tender turning movements

To construct dwellinghouse, garage, treatment plant, polishing filter & associated services

To construct a new farmyard manure storage pit; to construct a new 4 bay slatted cattle shed; and to demolish an existing old shed, together with all associated site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 330.50 sqm. Gross floor space of any demolition: 74 sqm

For: (1) agricultural shed, (2) Permission to construct hay and machinery storage shed and associated siteworks. Gross floor space of proposed works: 352 sqm. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 84 sqm
