Extension to the existing glazed atrium by 430m2 to accommodate additional plant display and seasonal planting, construct an extension of 905m2 adjoining north side of existing atrium to be used for additional houseplants, silk plant, dry and fresh flower display and outdoor furniture display and provision for demonstrations and training, construct a 325m2 retractable – roofed outdoor heavily planted seating and kids play area at east end of existing café area, construct a 376m2 timber clad pavilion for expansion of garden care, fertilizers, seeds and bulbs, retention permission for existing roofed area at west end of existing café and associated staff / back of house spaces and the change to originally permitted roof profile, retention permission for the 10 no display log cabins at north-west corner of the site, to demolish part of the old stores at stone administration building and to construct 135m2 admin/office extension to same, together with proposed new open yard area at north part of site, plus all associated site works, landscaping, underground services connections and extension to existing public car park at front part of site and the repositioning of existing lightweight canopy structures to make way for the proposed extensions, removal of existing storage building near existing house and sundry adjustments to existing site roads and landscape features

Development which will consist of an extension to include a bedroom, ensuite and boot room with an enclosed front porch. One window on the north east elevation to be changed to translucent glass, the dining room window enlarged, a bedroom window added to the north west elevation, and the conservatory glazing changed

Retention Permission to retain as constructed single storey garage and all associated site works

Construction of an extension to the rear and side elevations of the existing dwelling. The application will also include changes to the existing elevations and all associated site works and drainage

Permission to retain change in roof style previously granted under planning permission ref:17/7145 to mono pitched roof with part hipped on the single storey (east) elevation. Permission is also sought to retain the additional upper floor window on the side (west) elevation and the addition of a corner glazing on the rear (south) elevation at ground floor level and all associated site works
