The demolition of a two storey dwelling house, the erection of a two storey dwelling house in its place and the installation of a treatment plant and polishing filter to serve same together with all associated site works

The construction of 3 no. detached two storey dwelling houses (granted outline permission under planning ref. 16/685) and all associated site works

Development at this site which will consist of the construction of 51 no. dwellings of various sizes and configurations. The proposed development will include pedestrian access, vehicular entrance and alterations to public footpath from Public Road; carparking spaces; bicycle parking area; public open space; foul and surface drainage; street lighting; landscaping; boundary treatments; alterations of site levels and all ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application

The development will consist of a 6-metre stub tower extension to the existing 5.2-metre-high telecommunications stub tower structure installed on the existing two-story radio station (overall height to be 20.1 metres), carrying antennae and dishes, along with ancillary equipment and all ancillary works.
