A) Construction of a single storey 2No. classroom ASD unit, Mainstream classroom and SET room extension to the rear of the existing school and erect signage, B) Extend existing staff carpark, C) Relocate existing basketball court, extend existing play area together with new sensory garden, D) Relocate existing gas tank, E) proposed new plant, F) Demolishing and removing existing prefab, together with connections to all existing services along with all associated site works.

The following: (i) to change the opening hours from 9am-3pm at present to 7:30am-6:00pm (ii) to add the type of service to include breakfast club, preschool, part time and afterschool and (iii) to amend condition no. 2 of planning permission ref. no. 13/51. The amendment will allow for an increase in the number of children to be accommodated in the playschool on any one day from 26 to 36

Alter and extend the existing national school, alter the existing front pedestrian entrance and erect signage, along with all associated works

The demolition of an existing disused building and the construction of a dwelling house & domestic garage, to be served by connection to water supply, connections to existing public foul and surface water drainage infrastructure. Permission to widen the existing vehicular entrance, build a new front boundary wall and all ancillary works

Installation of a floodlighting system to the training area. The works will include the erection of 6no. floodlighting poles with 2no. 500 watt LED lights at the top of each pole
