Site planning risk brief

- RED III - for a solar energy development comprising ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, mounted on steel support structures, underground cabling, temporary construction compound, erection of 3 Transformer stations (11)kV, laying of a permeable gravel access tracks, widening of existing field entrances, erection of CCTV poles and cameras, erection of entrance gates and perimeter fencing, landscaping and biodiversity measures all associated ancillary development works, for the purpose of generation renewable energy electricity. Planning Permission is sought for a 40-year operation of the solar farm following which the site will be decommissioned, all development removed and the Site restored to agricultural lands. SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

For development consisting of: o The construction of one Enercon 138 wind energy converter on an 99m tower with an electrical rating of 4.2MW and an overall tip height of 169m; o The construction of the wind energy converter foundation, hardstanding and assembly area; o Provision of a site entrance and an access track within the site; o Construction of an on-site 20kV substation and underground electrical cable; and o All associated site development and ancillary works

For: 1) The construction of one Enercon 115 wind turbine on a 92m tower with an electrical rating of 4.2MW and an overall tip height of 149.86m; 2) The construction of the wind turbine foundation, hardstanding and assembly area; 3) Provision of a site entrance and an access track within the site; 4) Construction of an on-site 20kV substation and underground electrical cable; and 5) All associated site development and ancillary works Significant further information and revised plans has been submitted.

For a minor amendment to planning application No. 2360009 to reposition the (A) site substation & (B) temporary site compound

For development consisting of; The construction of one 4.2MW wind turbine with an overall tip height of up to 125m; The construction of the wind turbine foundation, hard standing and assembly area; Provision of a site entrance and an access track within the site; Construction of an on-site 20kV substation and underground electrical cable; and all associated development and ancillary works

For the erection of 2 no. fully enclosed fuel storage tanks proposed for the refuelling of the Applicant's internal transport fleet. Each tank will have an outer bund which has in excess of 110% of tank capacity and will be sited upon a Concrete Apron with a Class 1 Full Retention Oil Interceptor. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
