Replace the existing roadside wall with a new block wall with piers, vehicular and pedestrian entrances and all ancillary site works

(A) demolition of existing storage shed together with the proposed construction of a new building to facilitate a community interpretative centre/museum, (B) proposed change of use of existing vacant shop formally known as "Paddy's Shop" into a barn style classroom, (C) proposed construction of an outdoor hedge school, (D) provision of footpaths, access ramps, security fencing, adequate lighting and all ancillary works

The provision of additional outdoor space, the construction of an amphitheatre and a biodiversity/ecology walkway, providing a suitable facility for educational and recreational activities for two schools and the local community, footpaths, river bridges, extensive planting, new proposed entrances, piers and fencing and all ancillary site works

Provision of a prefabricated student shelter and all ancillary site development works
