Replace the existing roadside wall with a new block wall with piers, vehicular and pedestrian entrances and all ancillary site works

To construct a storey and a half extension to an existing storey and a half type dwelling house and internal and external alterations to the existing dwelling and all ancillary site works

The provision of additional outdoor space, the construction of an amphitheatre and a biodiversity/ecology walkway, providing a suitable facility for educational and recreational activities for two schools and the local community, footpaths, river bridges, extensive planting, new proposed entrances, piers and fencing and all ancillary site works

Provision of a prefabricated student shelter and all ancillary site development works
