The existing as built dwelling-house, garage under previous Grant of Permission P.271 and retention of the detached building to the rear ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwelling-house

Development consisting of the proposed refurbishment & remodelling of the existing retail unit to include (a) remodelling of existing South West façade complete with new shop-front and signage; (b) internal alterations; (3) associated site works and services

Planning permission for (a) change of use from retail building to guest accommodation building, (b) construct a first floor extension above part of existing rear annex and (c) demolish part of rear annex to form an open yard area.

Change the use of Unit No. 1 from Retail Unit, as previously granted under Planning Permission Ref. No. P.04/1903 to Training and Education Centre, make internal changes, erect new external signage on front facade and all associated works necessary to complete the development
