For development of a Nursing Home. The proposed development on a site measuring 1.33 hectares comprises: The construction of a 123 no. bed nursing home including support/service, administrative and ancillary areas, which will be primarily three storey in height (with an area to the rear being reduced to two storey) and measuring 7,510 sqm gross floor space, and the construction of a vehicular and pedestrian access to Castlecarra Road, associated car parking, set down area, service area, hard and soft landscaping / open space and boundary treatments, connection to public services and utilities, drainage works, all other associated and ancillary works in lieu of Permission for development of a Nursing Home. The proposed development on a site measuring 1.33 hectares comprises: The construction of a 135 no. bed nursing home including support/ service, administrative and ancillary areas, which will be primarily three storey in height (also having a single storey element) and measuring 8,432 sqm gross floor space, and the construction of a vehicular and pedestrian access to Castlecara Road, associated car parking, set down area, service area, hard and soft landscaping / open space and boundary treatments, connection to public services and utilities, drainage works, all other associated and ancillary works and development above and below ground

Construction of a 90 no. bed two storey nursing home including support/service, administrative, ancillary areas and measuring 5,861 sqm gross floor space. The construction of vehicular and pedestrian access to Castlecara Road, associated car parking, set down area, services areas, hard and soft landscaping, open space and boundary treatments, connection to public services and utilities, drainage works together with all ancillary and associated works and development above and below ground on a site measuring 1.33 hectares.

1. Demolish existing rear extension and sheds, 2. Refurbish existing house to include alterations to elevations, 3. Construct new rear extension to same, 4. Widen existing site entrance and to carry out all associated site development

Development consisting of (a) retention of existing mezzanine floor (123sq/m) and (b) minor internal alterations including two new first floor windows to rear of premises

The development consists of the retention of 1) installation of 2 no. new steel shipping containers to serve as temporary changing rooms, new portacabin to facilitate refreshments area, complete with concrete apron between; 2) relocation of existing toilet block portacabin and former changing room to facilitate equipment storage; 3) installation of portaloo and 4) construction of stoned carparking area.
