Proposed alterations to provide for a change in dwelling design from a permitted three bedroom bungalow to a proposed four bedroom dormer bungalow at sites 28 + 29, plus a change in dwelling design from a permitted four bedroom bungalow to a proposed five bedroom bungalow at sites at sites 30 + 31, plus all associated site works at Ard Branagh, Heathfield, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. The application is pursuant to a previously granted permissions reference 23/60534, 19/335 + 17/140 as extended by permission references 21/500 + 21/501. The exisiting roads, services, site entrance and landscaping as permitted are unaffected by the current proposal

Permission for two 1463sq ft three bedroom bungalows at sites 28 & 29 Ard Brannagh plus all associated site works
