The construction of 20 No. independent-living residential units consisting of; 4 no. 1 bed end-terrace bungalows, 14 no. 2 bed mid-terrace bungalows and 2 no. 2 bed end-terrace bungalows. Planning permission is also sought for the construction of new internal roadways and footpaths, new vehicular and pedestrian access from the existing R675 road, new vehicular and pedestrian security gate to the neighbouring nursing home development, proposed new boundary treatments, landscaping, drainage and all ancillary site works

Of planning permission 15/173 - alterations to previously approved planning permission ref: 14/600059 to include the following:- 1. alterations to external elevations to include reduction in overall height and minor alterations to footprint of nursing home building together with proposed signage to elevations. Pl. permission is also sought for single storey smoking room at ground floor level to rear of property and a smoking room at first floor level with a central courtyard area. 2. alterations to permitted single storey chapel to the rear of the nursing home to include revisions to external elevations, 2 number rooflights, reduction in the height of the roof and a moderate increase in the size of the chapel to accommodate 72 people in total 60 seating and 12 in wheelchairs, and the provision of a separate day room. 3. Alterations to second floor level to accommodate the following: provision of additional 10 number specific acute care nursing home bedrooms, nurses station, day room, 12 number roof lights, ancillary corridors and services to facilitate same, together with minor internal and external modifications and all other associated site works

For alterations to partially constructed nursing home and previously approved planning permission reference number 15/173 to include removal of top floor accommodation to provide for a two storey above basement 93 bed nursing home and ancillary accommodation, internal re-design and external alterations to include proposed external render finish, omission of single storey chapel, provision of 2 number external courtyards at ground floor level, together with all associated site works

The construction of an ESB substation and switch room building, to service the 93 bed Nursing Home (granted planning permission under Pl. Ref. No. 18/294), and all associated site development works
