Is sought to retain alterations to development constructed and approved under planning reference 00/942 which includes (a) increased height and additional attic floor to as built garage together with alterations to plans/elevations (b) location of as built garage (c) revised location of treatment system and percolation area (d) retain position of boundary fencing along public road

To extend existing conservatory to side of existing dwelling with alterations to floor plans/elevations together with RETENTION permission for storage shed and associated site works

For new part two storey & part single storey extension to existing dwelling to include family room, play room, utility room and bedroom

Erect two storey dwelling, detached domestic garage, new entrance, effluent treatment system, percolation area and associated site works

To construct 1 no. silage pit with retaining walls, provide concrete aprons and all associated site works
