The development which will consist of the construction of a logistics warehouse (956.20 sqm) with a maximum ridge height of 9.80 m for the supply and distribution of parts for large plant and machinery and two storey office within the building, covered parts storage area, associated trade counter, car parking, external loading and unloading area, and all associated site works and services including the construction of a realigned site entrance, site services and all associated site works above and below ground to accommodate the proposed works including new treatment system and percolation area

Change of use of building from beauty Salon to After school service to include an after school room 1, entrance lobby, kitchen, two w.c.s with lobby, boiler, hot press with play area, bike rack & car parking with all ancillary site works

Of existing 15m support structure to carry 3 no. aerials for the Emergency Service Users (Garda, Ambulance & Fire Brigade), previously granted under planning permission File Ref. 07/4391 together with telecommunications equipment and fencing.

To construct a new extension to existing dwelling house, along with internal and external alterations to the existing structure, with associated site works

The development will consist of the change of use from a hair salon premises into a private two bedroom dwelling house, including internal revisions as shown with all associated services and site works.

Conversion of an existing outbuilding which is part of a protected structure (RPS No. 033-003) to a two storey, two bed semi detached house including an increased roof height, addition of a two storey rear extension (c23sqm) one gable end window within an existing ope, four roof lights, two dormer windows and associated landscaping works.
