The lurganboy Lodge is a Protected Structure, RPS No 274

Retention of an existing rear access gravel driveway and parking area at Lurganboy Lodge which is a Protected Structure No. 30900705.Permission is also sought for alterations to existing rear assess, new stone wall, stone piers and two sets of double gates and an extension of gravel surfaces together with dry stonewalls 500mm high to support planted beds

Construct a new site access entrance onto a public road, decommission the existing access entrance which is currently serving the dwelling which was granted under parent planning ref 041428, together with all ancillary works.
