Planning permission for the development which will consist of an amendment to condition no.2 of ABP Ref No. PL61.246079. The application seeks to amend the restrictions imposed by condition no.2 of the permitted development to allow the complex to be used as a tourist / visitor accommodation facility outside of the academic term, in accordance with the statutory definition of a 'student accommodation' scheme provided in section 13 (d) of the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016.

Permission for a development which consists permission for the construction of lab testing facilities at the University of Galway Campus, Upper Newcastle, Galway City.
