Site planning risk brief

Of the following: 1. dining room conservatory and extension to the ground floor B&B bedroom both to the rear of the dwelling, 2. the first floor B&B bedroom suite, 3. the changes to the external appearance of the dwelling, which differ to those granted under Planning Permission P99/1763 & all other associated site and ancillary works

To revise part of front elevation, to convert part of storage area to gift stall, and to relocate exit to proposed smoking area

For development which will consist of the installation of an ATM machine to the existing shop front to the South elevation of O'Connors Pub, Doolin, Co. Clare

For the development which will consist of a front porch extension, a rear utility extension and a side conservatory extension to the existing dwelling house together with ancillary site works
