The development consists of: the installation of lights on the existing walking track at the club facilities at Knockmark, Drumree. This includes 5-meter-high lighting poles with Luminaires and additional Luminaires to be added at 5 meters heights to existing poles. Lights to be spaced at a minimum of 25m. Luminaires will be on a timer during the winter months to facilities the use of the walkway by the local community

The change of use of the indoor sports hall into 2 no. new changing rooms with adjoining shower & toilet facilities, a medical room, a referee's room and a gym area all at ground floor level and a new indoor astroturf pitch at first floor level along with all associated site works

The development will consist of the replacement of existing floodlights serving the juvenile pitch with 6 no. 18.3m tall lighting masts and all ancillary works

A front and a rear extension to an existing single storey dwelling as well as associated alterations including the removal of the existing front porch and raising the level of the existing roof to allow for additional internal space including a rear ancillary space and an upper storey along with a new detached garage and associated site works including the provision of a new septic tank and a new percolation area. Change of house type with revised position of house on site from that previously granted permission under Register Reference RA160394 and as extended by Registry Reference 2130 to include wastewater treatment system and all associated site works, with omission of detached domestic garage as previously approved

Construction of a two story dwelling with domestic garage, proprietary waste water treatment system, percolation area, new entrance off public road and all associated site works
