To erect fully serviced 2 Storey 160 Bed Nursing Home in two phase of 80 beds, alterations to existing site entrance & upgrade of access road, installation of pumping station and rising main and connecting to public foul drainage system and watermain, parking provision, landscaping and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. Significant further information and revised plans have been received
