A one storey extension to the existing dwelling, proposed minor alterations to existing dwelling, and demolition of front porch and also attached outhouses, installation of an effluent treatment system, and all associated site works, on my site at Ballymore Road, Craddockstown, Naas, Co. Kildare.

Demolishing an existing dwelling with attached outhouses, decommissioning an existing septic tank system, constructing a split level part single storey and part two storey type dwelling, detached domestic garage, proprietary effluent treatment system and all associated ancillary site works

For a two storey, three bedroom, dormer style dwelling, change of use of existing dwelling to serve as an art studio and domestic garage for the proposed dwelling, to include some proposed changes to the structure, along with demolition of attached outhouses, installation of an effluent treatment system, and all associated site works

For attic conversion as habitable office space with roof windows to front, quattro roof windows & single roof window to rear, gable windows to side all with associated ancillary works

The construction of 7 no. two storey detached dwellings, foul water to mains foul sewer, surface water to soakaways, access road, modifications to existing roadside entrance, ancillary landscaping and all associated site works

Modifications to previously permitted KCC Reg. Ref. 16/1117 / ABP Ref. PL09.249006 for development at a site of c.12.56ha. The modifications affect Areas A, B, C and D. Area A is located to the east of the subject lands bounding the residential development Bán Na Gréinne on a site area of c.0.1066ha and Area B is located to the south west of the subject lands bounding the R411 Ballymore Eustace Road on a site area of c.0.0699ha. Area C is located to the west of the subject lands within the proposed parklands and bounding the R411 on a site area of c.0.0098ha. Area D is located to the east of the proposed parklands on a site area of c.0.0028ha. Permission is sought in Area A to (a) replace 4 no. 3-bed dormer terraced units and associated car parking (House Type H c.116.7sqm) with 3 no. 2-bed dormer terraced units (House Type H1 c.97.7sqm) with 2 no. car parking spaces per unit (6 car parking spaces in total) and (b) relocate and replace a two pole ESB structure with a three pole ESB structure along with the associated underground 38 KVA cable as per planning condition 9 of the ABP PL 09.249006. Permission is sought in Area B to replace 3 no. 4-bed semi-detached units and associated car parking (1 no. Type B c.136sqm and 2 no. type B1 c.137.5sqm) with 1 no. 4-bed semi-detached unit (type B1 c.137.5sqm) with 2 no. car parking spaces for the unit. Permission is sought in Area C for 1 no. three-pole ESB structures and undergrounding of 38 KVA cable as per planning condition 9 of ABP PL 09.249006. Permission is sought in Area D to remove 1 no. two-pole ESB structures. The reduced number of residential units will be result in an increase in public open space. Permission is also sought for all associated site development, landscaping, open spaces, boundary treatment works, car parking and infrastructural services provision
