The development will consist of the change of use of existing domestic dwelling granted under previous Planning Ref. No. 00/562 to use as Sessional Pre-school. To decommission existing Sewage Treatment System and provide new Proprietary Sewage Treatment System. Permission is also sought for retention and change of use of ground floor extension to side & rear of dwelling to use as Sessional Pre-school and at first floor level with rooflights to use as storage

The development will consist of the change of use of an existing sessional pre-school as previously granted under Planning Ref. No: 21/2315 to use as a full day childcare facility at ground floor level only (first floor to remain as storage) and all ancillary site works

Retention permission for (1) a detached domestic garage and fuel stores, (2) the location and entrance to the site in variation to the access road and entrance granted under planning ref: 98/1262 and also revisions to the site boundaries and site layout, (3) and all ancillary site works. Planning permission for (1) to construct entrance walls, gates and piers, (2) to demolish a partially constructed shed base at the rear of the site, (3) and all ancillary site works
