The construction of 2 no. new themed junior attractions consisting of a 'Crazy Bus Ride' with a maximum height of 7m Above Ground Level and a 'Samba Balloon Ride' with a maximum operating height of 5.2m Above Ground Level. 1 no. Operations Room (2.89 sqm Gross Floor Area (GFA) is also provided, associated and ancillary to the 'Samba Balloon Ride'. The proposed development also incorporates amendments to existing internal paths and connections within Tayto Park, boundary treatments and infrastructure, together with all associated and ancillary development works on a combined site area of 0.0287ha

Permission for retention is sought for a themed train ride attraction comprising: an at grade train track of 396 m in length; a timber clad tunnel and maintenance structure associated with the train ride attraction, and for the inspection repair and servicing of Tayto Park attraction (Gross Internal Floor Area 161.5 sqm, and 3.85m in height); a railway station façade structure of 4.9 m in height and 23.7 m in length; amendments to existing internal paths and connections within Tayto Park; and all associated landscaping, boundary treatment, development and works, on an overall site of 0.393 ha. The structures are located adjoining the 'Eagle's Nest' area of Tayto Park, and to the south of Kilbrew Graveyard

Retention permission for the existing use as dry goods storage and distribution for goods not associated with the adjoining Largo Foods Facility (Ref. Condition 6 of Permission DA121067), together with permission for proposed upgrades to the established vehicular access. The proposed development will include all ancillary drainage, services, landscaping, public lighting, road signage and all site development works associated with the proposed development

Retention of the existing use as dry goods and distribution for goods not associated with the adjoining Largo Foods Facility (Ref. Condition 6 of Permission DA1211067), together with established vehicular access and all associated site development works

Planning permission for the retention of a) 2no. new extract flues to the roof of existing factory building, b) a storage compound with low level walls, security fence and security barriers all to the rear of the site and c) all associated site works.
